Dr. Maria Loumpourdi is the Founder and Managing Director of Made From Within. She is a leadership and talent development consultant, a dually accredited EMCC senior practitioner coach and coaching supervisor (coach of coaches), and a published author and researcher. Maria holds a doctorate in leadership development, and a master’s in psychology and the neuroscience of mental health from one of the top-ranked universities in the world in this field, alongside several other professional qualifications. She has led large-scale leadership and talent initiatives across industries including iGaming, banking, and manufacturing.
