The Founder

Dr. Maria Loumpourdi

With a proven track record in senior leadership roles, Dr. Loumpourdi has led talent and leadership development within large multinational organisations across sectors including Manufacturing, Banking, and Entertainment. Building on this extensive corporate experience, she now serves as Founder and Managing Director of Made From Within, where she designs and implements bespoke development solutions that empower individuals and organisations to strengthen capability and enhance business performance.

Accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach and Coaching Supervisor (Coach of Coaches) by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), she is also a certified Professional Life Coach and an award-winning mentor.

She holds a Doctorate in Leadership Development from the University of Glasgow. She is also the author of Leaders Made from Within: The Blueprint for Developing Leadership in Individuals and Organisations, a book that has earned expert endorsements and achieved global sales across Amazon’s marketplaces.

In addition to these credentials, she holds a Master’s in Psychology and the Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, the second-best institution in the world in this field. This has deepened her understanding of human behaviour and the neuroscience of behavioural change. Over the years, she has guided thousands of people toward achieving personal and professional breakthroughs.

Beyond coaching, consulting, and training, she actively contributes to global thought leadership. She has published in respected international journals and delivered talks worldwide.
